Training

The Treasurer’s Office can provide training to department or agency staff. The training can include policies and procedures, assistance with the online reporting tools, reconciliation assistance, cost estimates, and PCI compliance assistance. STO has created the basic training tools below to assist agencies with various aspects of being a merchant.
