The Nevada Employee Savings Trust is a state-facilitated retirement savings program for private-sector employees that don’t have access to an employer-sponsored 401(k) or pension. This program works with businesses to provide an easy way to help employees save for their future, with no out-of-pocket costs for the employer. It is completely voluntary for employees and simple for businesses to facilitate.
