About the Nevada Employee Savings Trust Program

The Nevada Employee Savings Trust Program established by Senate Bill 305 of the 2023 Legislative Session creates an automatic Individual Retirement Account Program by which certain individuals employed by certain entities are automatically enrolled into a State-sponsored retirement plan.
