Zach Conine currently serves as Nevada's 23rd State Treasurer. Elected on November 6th, 2018, Zach knows that responsible financial management is the key to ensuring long-term growth for the State. As Treasurer, Zach leads a team of more than 45 professionals that are responsible for investing the State's and many local governments' money, financing community assets and facilities, processing payments for public agencies and collecting and returning unclaimed property. Additionally, Zach is responsible for Nevada College Savings Plans and administration of numerous scholarship programs and other services that help Nevadans plan, save, and pay for post-secondary education.

In addition to the daily management of the State Treasurer's Office, Zach serves as a member of the State Board of Finance and the Executive Branch Audit Committee. Zach serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the College Savings Plans of Nevada, the Nevada Employee Savings Trust and the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank.

Prior to serving as State Treasurer, Zach built a successful business career in the gaming, finance, and consulting sectors. Over the course of his career, Zach has been committed to creating economic opportunities for local businesses and working families. As co-founder of a consulting business, he has helped dozens of small and medium sized businesses expand, increase efficiencies, and decrease expenses. In doing so, he assisted in the creation and preservation of more than 3,000 jobs in Nevada. 

Zach graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and holds a J.D. from the from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law. He and his wife Layke are happily raising their daughter Ruby, twin sons Rutherford and Theodore, and two dogs, Democracy and Liberty.

Stavros Anthony, a Las Vegas resident for 44 years, has made community service and public safety his focus as a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer, a member of the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents, as a City of Las Vegas Councilman and now as Nevada Lieutenant Governor.

Anthony began his career with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 1980 and most recently served the community as a captain overseeing the Financial and Property Crimes Bureau of the department. As a captain, Anthony spent time in charge of many divisions within Metro including Vice/Narcotics, Northeast Area Command and the Transportation Safety Bureau. He retired after 29 years of service.

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1980. In 1987 he graduated with a Master of Arts from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), and in 1999 he received his Ph.D. from UNLV. He has also attended the University of Louisville Southern Police Institute Administrative Officers Course and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.

Anthony was elected as Nevada’s Lieutenant Governor in 2022. Married for 44 years, the Anthony's have two daughters who are both graduates of the University of Nevada Reno. Anthony enjoys golfing in his free time and playing with his grandsons.

As the chief executive of the largest and broadest-based business association in Nevada, Mary Beth Sewald sets the vision for the Vegas Chamber and leads its strategy of supporting local businesses and pursuing initiatives to boost job growth, a healthy economy, and a vibrant community.

Sewald represents the business community in a wide range of capacities. She serves on the board of directors for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, where she is also on the Audit, Compensation and Marketing Committees. She also serves on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, Western Association of Chamber Executives, the Nevada Military Support Alliance, the UNLV Lee Business School Dean’s Advisory Board, Workforce Connections, the Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas, the Hope for Prisoners Advisory Board, the University of Nevada Reno College of Business Sports Management Executive Board and the National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV. She was appointed by former Governor Brian Sandoval to the Southern Nevada Sporting Events Committee, charged with making recommendations on how Las Vegas can maximize opportunities from professional sports to grow Nevada’s economy. She also served on the Super Bowl Host Committee for the 2024 Super Bowl that was held in Las Vegas.

She has successfully served as a strategic and visionary executive in both the private sector and non-profit association sectors. She is the former President & CEO of the Nevada Broadcasters Association and served as General Manager of the NBC affiliate, KRNV TV in Reno, NV, where she managed and developed a staff of 110 broadcast professionals across all disciplines. Joe Caldera

Mr. Caldera began his career in financial services at age 22, working as a Financial Consultant at Quick & Reilly and A.G. Edwards before becoming an independent advisor in 2003. He has been a financial advisor since 1998 and is the managing partner of Caldera Wealth. 

Specializing in wealth management, he is regarded as a Personal Chief Financial Officer, committed to helping clients make informed decisions through a disciplined strategy. Mr. Caldera supports businesses and non-profits with their retirement plan needs. He serves as the advisor to the Association Retirement Plan (ARP) sponsored by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, one of the first ARPs in the country. 

Mr. Caldera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is accredited by the College of Financial Planning in Colorado as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). Additionally, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He maintains annual continuing education in retirement planning, tax updates, securities regulations, market trends, insurance, ethics, and compliance.

Andy Kao

Andy Kao is a seasoned hospitality and business executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and gaming industries. He is currently the owner and operator of a multi-unit restaurant group in Las Vegas. Under his leadership, the restaurants have received numerous “Best of” accolades and were featured on the Netflix original series Fresh, Fried, and Crispy.

Mr. Kao began his career in hospitality as a front desk agent at a small timeshare resort during his freshman year of college. He later joined a Forbes Five-Star resort, where he managed the Quality Assurance team. He went on to serve as Corporate Director of Business Intelligence for a Fortune 1000 gaming company, overseeing financial planning and analysis for more than two dozen casino resorts across the United States, leading the development of strategic initiatives, and facilitating over $2 billion of mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kao is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned three Bachelor of Science degrees in Hospitality Management. He later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In addition to his professional endeavors, he serves on the Culinary Council for Three Square Food Bank, where he contributes to initiatives aimed at eliminating hunger in Southern Nevada.
