Effective 1/1/2016, Authorization is required to use these forms
Effective January 1, 2016, reports of unclaimed property must be filed through our online holder reporting portal; submission of report data utilizing holder report forms of any kind, including electronic storage devices (CD ROM, flash drives, diskettes), is no longer permitted. A written request explaining the reason for the need to utilize to report otherwise must be faxed to (702) 486-4177 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Reports received without written authorization from Nevada Unclaimed Property will not be accepted and subject to penalty and interest, pursuant to NRS 120A.730.
